Every apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stovetops, refrigerator, freezer, and appliances. The Washington
Perfectly pairing past meets present, this sun-flushed studio is a quiet oasis in the South End. The primary amenity characteristic that differentiates the Washington apartment from our other studio apartments is the queen size bed fitted with a Casper mattress. The Washington is located on the parlor level which was the most highly decorated part of a Victorian home. The Washington features 12’ ceilings, 8’ high expansive windows, plaster ceilings and mahogany moldings. In addition to 100 MBPS high speed internet, this apartment has an ethernet plug in available. Located on the parlor level of our brownstone, this studio requires taking the least amount of stairs.

The Dalton
The Dalton apartment is a one-of-a-kind studio characterized by it’s original Victorian floor plan and detailing that creates the ultimate historical South End experience with modern luxe touches. The Dalton is the only apartment at The Upton with an original 20th Century Victorian bathtub (that we cleverly put a shower head on) and layout. The apartment features high ceilings, expansive windows with views, and easily maintains a sense of quietness faces a quaint side street. In addition to 100 MBPS high speed internet, this apartment has an ethernet plug in available.

The Upton Suite
The Upton is our largest short term apartment and includes two dining spaces overlooking different parts of the South End neighborhood, and a spacious living room. The dining spaces are also suited for working remotely. The kitchen dining space has two doors that can be closed for privacy. The Upton’s cozy bedroom features a queen size bed fitted with a Casper mattress with a view overlooking the South End. The Upton is the only apartment that can accommodate three guests and we provide a twin, full height, air mattress and linens. The Upton is our most popular amongst parents visiting adult children, grandparents, and couples.

The Clare Suite
The Clare Suite features has a sun-drenched, quiet living room, a cove style bedroom and a multi-purpose space. A 36” dining table overlooks South End views and is the perfect spot for a meal or working remotely. The Clare’s multi-purpose space has a shower and dressing area that cleverly features a wall-mounted desk for more space to work remotely. The room can be used as an ideal second work space, and also makes it very easy for two people to share one closet. The bright and airy space offers a lot of possibilities.

The Tremont
The Tremont studio overlooks Tremont Street and has the best sunset views in the property. There are expansive windows and large mirrors so natural light radiates through the apartment and you are surrounded by scenic, South End moments. The Tremont has a large induction stove and full size refrigerator making it ideal for guests that intend to cook and are interested in an extended stay.

The Copley and The Lincoln Suites
The Copley and The Lincoln are the go-to apartments for extended Boston stays of 2 months or longer. These furnished apartments feature cove style bedrooms and living room views overlooking the South End. The Copley is slightly larger than The Lincoln and features a dining space with expansive windows giving way to Tremont Street. A perfect dining or workspace view. The Lincoln is ideal for guests seeking an intimate and quiet space and with views overlooking the South End.
