Changing your schedule

Our guests are our partners and we rely on their guarantee. Reservations are fully refundable within 24 hours of making the booking, except for bookings with arrival dates within 14 days.

A quick hello reservations (shorter than 30 days in length): Guests can cancel 30 days in advance for a full refund less processing fees. Guests can cancel 14 days in advance of the reservation for a 50% refund less processing fees.

Nice to know you reservations (31-59 days in length): Reservations must cancel 60 days in advance for a full refund less processing fees. Within the 60 day window, guests can cancel 14 days in advance and will be refunded 25% less the processing fees.

Honorary Bostonian reservations (60 days or more in length): Extended reservations must cancel 60 days in advance and will be refunded less the cost of one month’s rent.

Enhanced Flexibility Rate: Guests can pay a fee of 6% of the cost of the accommodations to be able to cancel up to 3 days in advance of arrival. Guests will be refunded 75% the cost of booking. Please email us within 2 hours of booking your reservation to add it.

All Access is Unique

We have a state of the art electronic access system providing guests with a single unique code unlocking both the main and apartment doors during the duration of the reservation.

We Keep it Sparkling

We ask our guests to either remove or cover their shoes in the apartments to help us maintain our high standards. We encourage our guests to infom guests of any malfunctions so we can keep our apartments in perfect shape.

Safety First

We maintain a flame free environment and ask guest not to light candles, incense and any type of smoking products. We can not permit smoking in the property, on the front stairs, or adjacent to the building. Guests that can not accept these guidelines will be asked to find more suitable accommodations. 

We Value Peacefulness

We cherish our peaceful environment and so do our guests. We speak softly in hallways and keep music and tv at low volume. We observe quiet hours from 11:00pm to 7:00am daily.

We Know Everyone in the House

We ask guests verify identity with a photo sent to our email, goodvibes@theuptonboston.com.

We Love Pets but Cannot Have Them at the Property

For the health and comfort of all of our guests we can not accommodate your furry friends.

We Keep it Intimate

Our property has occupancy restrictions and our accommodations are suitable for two or three people. Be sure to check the occupancy of which ever suite or studio you select to be sure it is correct for your group.

We Walk up the STairs

Our property does not have an elevator and is not suitable for guests that can not climb stairs.

We Welcome Everyone

We are proud to provide a special place for our visitors from around the world and country. We require guests to be 21 to book our apartments and agree with our expectations and policies.

 
 

Frequently Asked Questions


When can we arrive and when does the reservation end?

Guests can check-in at their convenience anytime after 4:00pm and checkout is by 11:00am. If your planned arrival is after 9:00pm please confirm that you understand the check-in instructions as we can not guarantee late night support by phone or email.

Can I arrive early or can I store my luggage at the property before my check-in time?

We strive to accommodate all of our guests’ needs. However, requests for early arrivals, late departures, or luggage storage can only be considered within 24 hours of booking for reservations made at least 14 days in advance. Please note that arrivals before 2 PM and departures after 1 PM will incur an additional fee of $75. Payable upon booking and refunded if request can not be accommodated. Other guests have use an called Bounce for temporary luggage storage

Where can I park?

We have two parking spots on site with limited availability for the additional cost of $40 per day. Because use is not guaranteed and we encourage guests to call or email before reserving the apartment to check. On street metered and free parking available as well as overnight garages. Many guests use the website and phone application SpotHero to reserve parking spots in advance. Spothero offers a range of discounted parking options.

Do I need to bring linens, towels or utensils?
