As a small, owner managed property we examine the operations of the building closely and seek out innovative ways to keep our community safe. We look closely at every point of contact in order identify options to add protections and security. Our baseline begins with the Center of Disease Control & Prevention recommended protocols as well as our state guidelines, on top of which we add our upgrades.

Our current protocol beyond the baseline include:

• Requiring guests, staff and ourselves all wear gloves and masks in the common hallway

  • We provide masks upon arrival and have gloves available at entry and exit

• Providing contact-less check in and check out

• Designing apartment building entry system devoid of the requirement to touch hardware or locking systems including the option to use phone app

• Stocking entry and exit with protections for guests’ use in hallway and beyond

  • Alcohol packs

• Including personal safety kits guests in each apartment

  • Disinfectant spray

  • Portable disinfectant spray to use when out of the apartment

• Ensuring all linens, throws, and decorative pillow covers are laundered for every single reservation

• Offering specialized room preparations to minimize contact as much as possible

  • Bedding provided in plastic wrap directly from professional cleaners

  • Towels provided in plastic wrap directly from professional cleaners

  • All dishes provided in the dishwasher after a completed sanitize wash cycle
